so...we're a new community, we may as well get to know eachother a bit...and since it's a u2 board and everything, we may as well learn about eachother's u2 taste.
now, we all know it's tough and you can't pick a favorite, etc...but i'm talking one cd on a desert island here, people! pick ONE.
my answer: personally, i always go back and forth between ab and pop, but i'd have to say pop.
my reason: more of my favorite u2 songs are on ab (love is blindness and acrobat vs. just please)...but as a whole, pop has this intrigue to it for me. it was actually the first u2 album i got because i wanted to know what all the fuss was about...i'm glad now. there's always something on it that i never noticed before. plus achtung baby has 2 of my lesser favorite songs (from jt on) on it (mysterious ways and ebttrt) *dodges rotten veggies*...
so really, it's tough but in the end i'd choose pop. that being said, i originally (in this post) said ab and switched halfway through typing, BUT I'M FOLLOWING MY OWN RULES! I PICKED ONE!
yep, that's all...

My answer is always "Rattle and Hum" It was the first album I heard of theirs, so of course the first one I got into. It also features one of my favorite songs - "God Part II" So yes, I'm a R&H lover and I always say that's my favorite album.
